Live Chat: Tyron Woodley vs. Darren Till, UFC on FOX 30, Nick Newell, more

This is the new MMA Fighting Live Chat.

Today on the show, we'll talk the new UFC 228 main event title fight between welterweight champion Tyron Woodley and challenger Darren Till. Why was Colby Covington as interim champion cast aside so quickly? Does Till really deserve the title shot despite missing weight in his last fight?

We'll also talk about the stacked UFC on FOX 30 card, which is headlined by a lightweight cracker between Eddie Alvarez and Dustin Poirier. All-time great Jose Aldo returns at the event against Jeremy Stephens and former strawweight queen Joanna Jedrzejczyk tries to get back on the winning track against Tecia Torres. Marc is on the scene in Calgary to chat about all things UFC on FOX 30.

In addition, we'll touch on Nick Newell's loss and inability to earn a UFC roster spot on Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series. ONE Championship has a show this weekend, as well, and Renzo Gracie is making his return to competition at age 51.

Plus, Yoel Romero vs. Paulo Costa was announced for UFC 230 in New York by the UFC, but sources said that is nowhere near official. What's the deal there? We'll get into that.

There is plenty to talk about, so join us to discuss all of the above and much more. All is up for discussion, but we'll lead off with this. The chat will start at our time of 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.

Like Luke Thomas before us, we'll post the video window as the event draws near and answer any questions you might have if you post them in the comments below. For the comments you deem the most deserving, please click the "rec" button. Comments in green will get first priority.

Please link this page and use the hashtag #chatwrappers on Twitter when you're watching to tell everyone you're taking part with us.
