Stefan Struve shares image of gaping chin cut from UFC Hamburg fight

It’s one thing for a fighter to get a cut lip.

It’s another to get a cut that resembles another set of lips.

That’s what happened to Stefan Struve on Sunday in Hamburg, Germany, during his heavyweight fight with Marcin Tybura. “Skyscraper” had a rough time dealing with Tybura’s wrestling, eventually losing a unanimous decision, and at some point in the bout a cut opened up below his mouth large enough for him to stick his tongue through.

If you don’t believe that, he was kind enough to post an image to Instagram as proof:

“Time for a beer for my two mouths,” Struve wrote.
