Pros react to Dana White reversing course on UFC morning weigh-ins

The UFC is looking at abandoning morning weigh-ins, per Dana White.

After committing two roller-coaster years to its morning weigh-ins program, the UFC appears to be reversing course.

UFC president Dana White revealed Tuesday on UFC Unfiltered that the promotion is actively working on “getting rid” of morning weigh-ins as a result of the rash of weight-related issues UFC fighters have faced since the promotion made the switch in June 2016. White said the UFC is “looking at taking the weigh-ins back to the way they used to be,” with one official weigh-in time taking place in the late afternoon.
