Kevin Aguilar left no doubt that he’s the man to beat at 145 pounds in the Legacy Fighting Alliance organization.
The main event of LFA 40 in Dallas saw Aguilar defending his featherweight title against interim champion Thanh Le, who was riding an eight-fight finishing streak including an appearance on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series.
Le’s scorching run came to a brutal end on Friday as Aguilar capitalized on a missed spinning attack by flooring Le with a three-punch combination and turning his lights out with hammer punches less than three minutes into the opening round.
Now that's how you defend a title @kevinAguilarAOD !

LFA 40 was the 400th MMA show broadcast on AXS TV and Aguilar capped it off in spectacular fashion, recording his third consecutive successful title defense and improving his professional record to 14-1.
“The Angel of Death” has won his last six fights and hasn’t lost since being knocked out by Leonard Garcia back in December 2013.
