At UFC 207 back in December 2016, Amanda Nunes was set to defend her bantamweight title against former champion Ronda Rousey. It was Nunes’ first title defense since she captured the belt from Miesha Tate at UFC 200. That night in Las Vegas, Nunes stopped Rousey in just 48 seconds.
Now, almost two years later, Nunes will defend her belt for third time against Raquel Pennington in the main event of UFC 224. The event is set to go down on Saturday at the Jeunesse Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
