Per Flo Combat, which aired V3 Fights 68 live, the bout was ruled a no contest. Any kind of stomp — single or double — targeting any part of the body is illegal while an opponent is grounded.
Hall (8-4, 1 NC) had not fought in three years coming into Saturday night. He has experience in Bellator RFA and Legacy. Rogers came in at 0-1, making his pro MMA debut last year.
