MMA fighter lands pro-wrestling style double stomp, bout ends in no contest

Watch out Finn Balor.

An MMA fighter landed a pro-wrestling style double stomp during a bout at V3 Fights on Saturday night in Robinsonville, Miss. Brian Hall jumped in the air and landed with his heels on the midsection of opponent Jeremy Rogers.

Per Flo Combat, which aired V3 Fights 68 live, the bout was ruled a no contest. Any kind of stomp — single or double — targeting any part of the body is illegal while an opponent is grounded.

Hall (8-4, 1 NC) had not fought in three years coming into Saturday night. He has experience in Bellator RFA and Legacy. Rogers came in at 0-1, making his pro MMA debut last year.
