The UFC has announced it’s full fight week schedule for UFC 223, and there are plenty of opportunities for fans to participate.
The festivities for the April 7 card at Barclays Center in the New York City borough of Brooklyn kicks off on Wednesday, with a press conference and open workouts at Brooklyn’s music hall of Williamsburg. Included at the press conference will be the participants in the main event, UFC interim lightweight champion Tony Ferguson and Khabib Nurmagomedov, as well as UFC strawweight champion Rose Namajunas and her opponent, former champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk. UFC president Dana White will also be on hand.
Doors open to the public at 4 pm ET for the press conference, which starts at 5.
Thursday features a media day which is closed to the public. But Friday features the ceremonial weigh-ins at Barclays Center, followed by the UFC 25th anniversary press conference, with participants to be named later. Doors open at 5 p.m. for the 6 p.m. event.
Saturday’s fight card at Barclays Center is scheduled to start at 6:15 p.m. ET, pending any potential fight dropouts.
