Video: Christian Aguilera KOs Ricardo Seixas with scintillating uppercut at LFA 36

New, comments

Christian Aguilera is becoming one of California’s most feared fight finishers.

The 26-year-old welterweight has fought three times in 2018 and none of his opponents have made it out of the opening round. Aguilera (11-4) kicked off the year with a 27-second knockout of Maycon Mendoca at Legacy Fighting Alliance 30 in January and followed that up with a first-round finish of Anthony Hernandez at a King of the Cage show just six weeks later.

On Friday, “The Beast” thrilled the crowd in Cabazon, Calif., with a crisp uppercut that silenced Ricardo Seixas in the second round of their fight at LFA 36. With three wins in three months, a shot at welterweight champion James Nakashima can’t be far off.
