Jeremy Kennedy will return to the Brave Combat Federation cage in December, facing featherweight Marat Magomedov in the main event of Brave 21 on Dec. 28 in Saudi Arabia, promotion officials told MMA Fighting on Tuesday.

Brave's final card of the year is takes place at the King Abdullah Sports City Indoor Sports Hall in Jeddah.

Kennedy vs. Magomedov was originally planned for Nov. 16 in Bahrain, but a series of events, which included a cancelled bout at PFL, prevented it from happening.

Kennedy (12-1) was victorious in his Brave debut in August, defeating Danyel Pilo by first-round knockout. The UFC veteran was then scheduled to meet former Bellator champion Marcos Galvao at PFL 8 in October, but was removed from the event just hours before the fight due to his contract with Brave.

Magomedov (10-1-1), who defeated Luke Adams in his Brave debut on May 11, enters Brave 21 on a three-fight winning streak, which includes a pair of victories under the Fight Nights Global banner in his native country of Russia.
