According to information released to MMA Fighting by the California State Athletic Commission, Liddell will earn a flat $250,000 purse with no win bonus for the contest, while Ortiz will earn a flat $200,000 with no win bonus.

Liddell and Ortiz are also expected to earn additional income on pay-per-view sales, as well as through other various means for the event, which is Golden Boy’s first foray into MMA. Both fighters are coming out of retirement to compete in the bout.
