Two fight, two devastating knockout wins.
That is the résumé for Mandel Nallo inside the Bellator cage.
In December, Nallo starched Alec Williams with a head kick just 16 seconds into their fight at UFC 199. At Bellator 207, Nallo may have needed more time, but the results remained the same.
After a hard-fought opening round, Nallo’s opponent, Carrington Banks, rushed forward looking to press the action. Nallo (7-0) welcomed Banks (7-2) with picture perfect standing knee square on the jaw, sending his opponent crumpling to the canvas.

With Banks clearly out, the referee swarmed in before Nallo could follow up with more punches.
This performance not only kept Nallo’s perfect record intact but marked his seventh career stoppage win. The 29-year-old previously strung together four straight submissions under various local promotions before signing with Bellator.
For Banks, this marked his second straight loss inside the Bellator cage.
