At UFC 206, back in Dec. 10, 2016, Doo Ho Choi took on veteran MMA fighter Cub Swanson in the main card of the event. That night in Toronto, Choi lost in an unanimous decision, but delivered one of the best fights of 2016 in the process. Both guys took an extra $50,000 for Fight of the Night awards.
Now, over a year later, Choi returns to the Octagon to take on Jeremy Stephens in the headlining act of UFC St. Louis. The event is set to take place on Jan. 14 at Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo.
