A broken right arm made for a less-than-ideal flyweight debut for Paige VanZant.
VanZant broke the arm in the opening round of what turned into a unanimous decision loss to Jessica Rose-Clark on Sunday night in the co-feature bout of UFC St. Louis.
But she hasn’t let go of her trademark optimism. PVZ checked in from an area hospital via social media to vow that she would “be back better and stronger than ever,” as well as a photo of her fractured arm.
