UFC Japan might wasn’t the flashiest card on paper, but that didn’t stop it from being a solid night of fights.
In the main event, light heavyweight contender Ovince Saint Preux submitted Yushin Okami with his signature Von Flue choke in the first round of the fight. Additionally, top straweights Jessica Andrade and Claudia Gadelha engaged in an all out war, kickboxing legend Gokhan Saki made a successful UFC debut against Henrique da Silva, Dong Hyun Kim stopped the veteran Takanori Gomi, and much more.
