Jim Miller will step inside the Octagon for a record 28th time in October.
The lightweight veteran is scheduled to compete against Francisco Trinaldo at the UFC Sao Paulo event on Oct. 28, the promotion announced Tuesday. Combate first reported the match-up.
Miller (28-10, 1 no-contest) looks to rebound from decision losses to Anthony Pettis and Dustin Poirier earlier this year. The New Jersey native has won three in a row prior to his recent setbacks, defeating Takanori Gomi, Joe Lauzon and Thiago Alves.
Trinaldo (21-5) returns to action for the first time since losing to Kevin Lee in March. The recent defeat snapped the longest winning streak of his MMA career, a seven-fight run that included wins over Paul Felder, Yancy Medeiros and Ross Pearson.
UFC Fight Night 119 now includes 12 bouts, featuring Derek Brunson vs. Lyoto Machida in the main event.
