The national anthem of Ireland will be well represented on Saturday.

With just days to find a someone to perform the anthem ahead of the Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor boxing match, officials have booked Dublin-born musical artist Imelda May to sing “Amhran na bhFiann” at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev., prior to the main event.

Pop star Demi Lovato was previously announced as having the honor of performing the national anthem of the United States.

May is described in the press release as counting Irish singer Bono and musical legend Bob Dylan among her fans, and she is currently touring in support of her current album “Life Love Flesh Blood”.

The news did not come without its fair share of drama. On Thursday, UFC president Dana White criticized Showtime for putting the onus on them to find a singer for the Irish anthem with little advance notice.
