Three bouts have been added to the UFC Fight Night 120 card, which takes place on Nov. 11. in Norfolk, Va.The UFC announced the contests via press release on Thursday.
“Mutante” suffered a loss in his last visit to the Octagon when he met Canadian standout Elias Theodorou at UFC Fight Night 105.
Karl Roberson was rewarded with a UFC contract for his quick finish of Ryan Spann on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. The former Glory kickboxer is 5-0 thus far in his MMA career and will make his debut on the Norfolk card when he takes on England’s Darren Stewart.
In Stewart’s debut against Francimar Barroso, an accidental head butt caused the fight to be determined a no contest. Despite the two sharing a fiery stare down before their rematch, Barroso took the victory after a laborious three rounds at UFC Fight Night 107.
Collier moved up in weight class in his last fight, but came up short on the judges’ scorecards after three rounds against Devin Clark. So far, “The Prototype” has gone 2-3 with the promotion, with his victories coming against previously unbeaten Ricardo Abreu and Alberto Uda.
Fortuna has lost two of his three outings with the UFC, but took a notable win in a heavyweight bout against Anthony Hamilton, who weighed in just shy of 50 pounds heavier than the Brazilian. Fortuna buckled Hamilton with a right hand in the first round of their meeting at The Ultimate Fighter 25 finale.
