Former Invicta FC strawweight champion Angela Hill is set for her third fight of 2017.
“Overkill” will face Nina Ansaroff at UFC Fight Night 120, which takes place at the Ted Constant Convocation Center in Norfolk, Va. on Nov. 11. The bout was officially announced Wednesday.
This will be Hill’s seventh bout since the beginning of 2016, and she has compiled a 5-1 record during that stretch. The 30-year-old went undefeated in four appearances for Invicta, capturing the promotion’s 115-lb title before returning to the Octagon to fight Jessica Andrade in February. Hill lost to Andrade by unanimous decision, but she earned a Fight of the Night award and rebounded with a win over Ashley Yoder at The Ultimate Fighter 25 Finale.
Ansaroff returned from a year-long layoff in January to defeat Jocelyn Jones-Lybarger by rear-naked choke in the third round of their fight at UFC Fight Night 103. That victory was also Ansaroff’s first in the UFC in three tries. She holds a 7-5 professional record.
