Bruna Ellen vs. Veta Arteaga added to Bellator 182 main card

A women’s flyweight bout was added to the Bellator 182 main card.

Bruna Ellen, who scored her first Bellator win earlier this year, is scheduled to meet Veta Arteaga inside the cage in Verona, NY, on Aug. 25, Bellator officials told MMA Fighting on Monday.

Both Ellen and Arteaga hold a 3-1 MMA record, with two of Arteaga’s wins coming under the Bellator banner. Ellen entered the promotion after going 2-0 in Brazil, but lost a decision in her debut.

Headlined by former champion Andrey Koreshkov versus Chidi Njokuani, Bellator 182 also features Brennan Ward vs. Fernando Gonzalez and AJ McKee vs. Blair Tugman in the main card.
