The UFC has officially added four fights to its return to Netherlands’ Ahoy Rotterdam arena on Sept. 2.
Headlined by Stefan Struve vs. Alexander Volkov in a heavyweight clash, the UFC Fight Night card now includes Rustam Khabilov vs. Desmond Green, Marcos Rogerio de Lima vs. Saparbek Safarov, Francimar Barroso vs. Aleksandar Rakic and Bojan Mihajlovic vs. Abdul-Kerim Edilov.
Khabilov (21-3) is looking for his fifth straight victory inside the Octagon, while Green (20-5) enters his second UFC bout after a split-decision win over Josh Emmett in his promotional debut.
de Lima (15-5-1) has bounced between wins and losses since moving to the light heavyweight division in 2014, recently losing to Ovince Saint Preux. Safarov (8-1) has fought only once in the UFC, suffering a TKO defeat to Gian Villante last December.
Barroso (19-5, 1 NC) recently avenged a controversial first-round TKO defeat turned no-contest to Darren Stewart with a decision win in England, and now faces promotional newcomer Rakic (8-1), who rides a seven-fight winning streak.
Mihajlovic (10-5) has his back against the wall after a 0-2 start in the UFC in heavyweight and light heavyweight bouts, and now welcomes 205-pound prospect Edilov (16-4) to the Octagon.
