Official UFC on FOX 25 poster is out, prominently featuring Long Island’s own Chris Weidman

By now everyone knows that the UFC’s initial foray into Long Island will feature its local son, Chris Weidman.

And now UFC on FOX 25, which takes place at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale on July 22, has an official promotional poster.

Kelvin Gastelum, who meets Weidman in the main event, posted the image on his Instagram page. The poster features him squaring off with Weidman. Also featured are the co-main event fighters, Darren Elkins and Dennis Bermudez.

Not pictured on the poster is Long Island’s Gian Villante, who fights Patrick Cummins, nor New Jersey’s Jimmie Rivera, who will meet Brazilian upstart Thomas Almeida.
