Alexander Gustafsson had himself one hell of a night Sunday at UFC Fight Night 109.
The dangerous Swede put on one of the best performances of his career, demolishing Glover Teixeira en route to a grisly fifth-round knockout in front of his home crowd in Stockholm. Gustafsson then flipped the script, proposing to his girlfriend amid a raucous reaction in Sweden’s Ericsson Globe arena. With such a dominant win, “The Mauler” immediately thrusted his name back into contention for the UFC light heavyweight title.
