Daniel Cormier has had a busy few weeks.
A week after defending his UFC light heavyweight title against Anthony Johnson with ease, Cormier played the role of FOX broadcaster for Saturday’s nationally televised UFC on FOX 24 event. Then on Monday, Cormier awoke to a callout from a budding rival at 205 pounds, and unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long for Cormier to answer the call from No. 3 ranked Jimi Manuwa.
Check out the exchange below.

@dc_mma I don't need or want fame. The belt too small for ur waist. I'll make it look good with my Gucci don't worry. The belt is what I want!! ☝— JIMI MANUWA (@POSTERBOYJM) April 17, 2017
Manuwa (17-2) has won back-to-back fights via vicious knockouts over Ovince Saint Preux and Corey Anderson. He was in attendance earlier this month for UFC 210, where he got into a bit of a spat with Cormier following the champion’s victory over Johnson.
So what do you think, folks?
Should Daniel Cormier vs. Jimi Manuwa be the next UFC light heavyweight title fight?
