The Gracie Breakdown is back with a new self-defense video — and a timely one, at that.

Rener and Ryron Gracie, who run Gracie University, created a tutorial following the notorious viral video posted on Facebook late Sunday that shows a man being forcibly dragged out of a United Airlines plane.

According to passengers, United offered $800 and a hotel stay for passengers to volunteer to leave the plane, as the airline needed space for four crew members. After no one volunteered, the United was forced to select four passengers at random, including the man in the video. The man refused and security dragged him off the plane, bloodying his face in the process.

So if you ever anticipate being told to “volunteer” to leave an aircraft, this Gracie Breakdown might be a good watch.
