2:25 p.m. -- Luke Rockhold will update us on what's next for him.

2:45 p.m. -- Fedor Emelianenko will preview his fight against Matt Mitrione on Saturday night.

3:10 p.m. -- UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping will discuss his recent knee surgery and what's next for him.

3:30 p.m. -- Jon Anik will look back at UFC 208 and discuss becoming the lead play-by-play man for the UFC.

3:50 p.m. -- Derek Brunson will talk about his controversial loss to Anderson Silva at UFC 208.

4:10 p.m. -- We'll look ahead to the weekend and discuss other MMA news.
