It's still a relatively quiet time in the sport. There is the fallout from UFC on FOX 23. Valentina Schevchenko appears to have punched her ticket to a rematch and title shot against champion Amanda Nunes after submitting Julianna Pena. Jorge Masvidal earned the win of his career over Donald Cerrone. Ditto for Francis N'Gannou after dispatching Andrei Arlovski. We'll talk about these results and what they mean.
Ronda Rousey is back in the news, but perhaps on something of a somber note. According to UFC President Dana White, she's likely headed towards retirement. Nothing is confirmed, but it doesn't look like there's much of a chance Rousey returns to the Octagon. We'll discuss what this means.
Conor McGregor is also making plenty of waves for his interview over the weekend. He touched on everything from Nate Diaz to Floyd Mayweather to GSP and the MMAAA to WME-IMG. We'll go over the highlights and discuss what they mean.
Plus, the beat goes on. UFC Fight Night 104 is Saturday, which means the Korean Zombie is back in MMA after more than two years away.
