Round 1: Emmett steps in with a leg kick and throws out a combination that is blocked by Lamas. Lamas with the pressure, attacking with kicks to the leg and body. Emmett trying to connect with hooks, nothing landing too clean yet. Lamas goes up high with a switch kick that is blocked. More kicks from Lamas, but he’s wary of exchanging with the explosive Emmett. Fast hands from Emmett momentarily back Lamas up. The leg kicks are keeping Emmett from getting his offense off. Emmett starts to throw with confidence and he lands a left hook that crushes Lamas. No follow-up as Emmett knows that this one is over.
