Fabricio Werdum headlines tonight’s UFC Fight Night card against Marcin Tybura in Sydney, Australia, but is still making jokes about his recent altercation with a fellow UFC fighter.
Werdum was involved in a street altercation with welterweight contender Colby Covington outside of the UFC host hotel in Sydney, and ended up hitting him with a boomerang. Covington pressed charges against the Brazilian, who doesn’t seem to pay much attention to the case.
Just hours away from his UFC fight with Tybura, “Vai Cavalo” posted a video on his social media joking about buying a new boomerang in Sydney, telling his friend Tony Ouriço, who pretended to work in the store, that he needed a new boomerang "because the other day I threw one and it didn't came back.”
