The UFC is in search for undefeated fighters for their new season of The Ultimate Fighter.
On Thursday, the promotion announced that the latest installment of the UFC’s long-running reality television show, The Ultimate Fighter: Battle of the Undefeated, will feature only competitors that are still unbeaten in their professional MMA careers.
The UFC will be having open tryouts on Dec. 12 at 8 a.m. PT at the Palace Station Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev., for any male competitors in the featherweight, lightweight and welterweight divisions looking to be on TUF 27. Fighters trying out will have to be between the ages of 21 and 34, and will also have to sport an MMA record that includes at least three professional fights.
TUF 27 will begin filming in Jan. 2018 and is expected to premiere on FOX Sports 1 later in the year. The coaches for the season have yet to be announced.
