As if getting punched, kicked, kneed, choked and twisted into a pretzel on a regular basis isn't enough, fighters attract a general wackiness that makes their lives, well...interesting.

My finishing set from my workout today. 1. 30 second sprint 2. 10 "shin to bar" with arms at 90 degrees 3. Bounds on turf down and back . Repeat 4 times through. This is only the third time I've done the true form treadmill and it's a killer Hope everyone is cranking out their Wednesday and feeling accomplished.
Just saw Anthony Johnson. He said he weighs 250 pounds. Looks very happy and healthy. Said he met with UFC brass this week. No deal in place for him to return.
