Kevin Lee talked a big game this week heading up to his main event clash with Tony Ferguson at UFC 216 this Saturday, so you can imagine that there were a few voices ready to pile on when he almost failed to make championship weight for their interim lightweight title bout.
Fortunately for “The Motown Phenom”, he was allowed an extra hour to shed a pound after originally tipping the scales at 156 pounds on Friday and he eventually came in at 154.5, but his peers let him know how it looked for him to almost miss out on his first championship opportunity:
