“Big Rigg” is trucking on down to Albuquerque.
On Sunday, sources confirmed to Ariel Helwani of MMA Fighting that Johny Hendricks will be working with the Jackson-Wink camp in New Mexico ahead of his upcoming middleweight bout against Paulo Borrachinha at UFC 217 on Nov. 11.
The former UFC welterweight champion also posted a video to Twitter announcing the news:

Hendricks has primarily been associated with coach Steven Wright, formerly of Team Takedown (where he and Hendricks worked together before they both departed in 2015) and currently the head of War Room MMA.
Though Hendricks once held a title at 170 pounds, the 34-year-old Oklahoman has struggled over the past three years having gone just 2-5 in his last seven outings. His problems were exacerbated by his inability to make the welterweight limit on multiple occasions, prompting a move up to 185 pounds where he has gone 1-1.
It is unclear whether this is a permanent change or who will be in Hendricks’s corner on fight night.
