At The Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale, Julianna Peña and Jessica Rakoczy fought in the co-main event of the card to determine who would be crowned the winner of the TUF 18 season. That night, Peña won the TUF 18 women’s bantamweight tournament, defeating Jessica Rakoczy via first-round technical knockout.
Now, almost four years later and still undefeated in the UFC, Peña is set to take on No. 1 contender Valentina Shevchenko in the main event of UFC on FOX 23. The event it set to take place on Jan. 28 at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colo.
