Round 1: Should be fireworks. Mike Beltran is the referee. The long braided beard. They touch gloves. And Ward bobs forward. Leg kick from Daley. Stiff jab from Daley, and now Ward catches a low kick and throws him down. He stands, and they wing. Left hand grazes Ward, and it looked like it might have hurt him a bit. Now Ward ducks down for a takedown and gets it. He goes to work on the canvas, and now they are back up. Ward not shy, as expected. Right hands form Daley, and the second one landed. Ward stalks right back at him, and eats a left hook. Ward again changes levels and takes Daley down — that one more telegraphed, but it worked. They are on the ground near fence, and Daley scoots back to his knees, while Ward climbs on his back. Spinning elbow lands, but then Daley blasts him with a flying knee! And it's over. Brennan Ward is out of it! Flat on his back. Wow! What a knockout.
