Conor McGregor to Nate Diaz: ‘I’m going to kill you and your whole f*cking team’

LAS VEGAS — Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz faced off at weigh-ins and exchanged some more intense verbal warfare Friday at MGM Grand's Marquee Ballroom.

Las Vegas police were brought on stage in anticipation of a wild scene. McGregor and Diaz never touched during the square off, with UFC president Dana White and even Forrest Griffin getting in between them. The atmosphere in the room was intense with the Irish contingent in full force and plenty of Diaz fans as well.

After the faceoff, McGregor took the mic with Joe Rogan and pointed to Diaz.

"He should have killed me when he had the chance," McGregor said. "Now, I'm back and I'm going to kill you and your whole fucking team. You and them bitch tits."

Rogan then went to Diaz and he had a pointed response.

"I train always, hard to kill," Diaz said. "He's already dead from the last time. This is a new guy. So this is kill or be killed again. USA motherf**kers."

Diaz then walked off the stage flexing with Irish fans booing and Diaz fans going crazy.

McGregor and Diaz will meet in a rematch at UFC 202 on Saturday at T-Mobile Arena. Diaz beat McGregor by second-round submission at UFC 196 in March.

Tempers have flared here all week. Both McGregor and Diaz are facing sanctions from the Nevada Athletic Commission after an ugly bottle-throwing incident involving them and their teams at the pre-fight press conference Wednesday at MGM.
