At UFC 189, Conor McGregor took on short-notice replacement Chad Mendes in the main event of the card. It was a back-and-forth battle that had McGregor winning the UFC featherweight interim belt, defeating Mendes via technical knockout in round number two.
Now, McGregor is getting ready to redeem his first UFC loss at UFC 202 against Nate Diaz. Diaz vs. McGregor 2 is scheduled to headline the card that takes place on Aug. 20 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.
