UFC 200 salaries: Brock Lesnar gets record-breaking $2.5 million purse

UFC 200 was heralded as a historic weekend for the UFC, and the event's payroll reflected that.

Returning UFC heavyweight Brock Lesnar landed a record-breaking $2.5 million purse for his co-headlining victory over Mark Hunt, according to figures released Monday to MMA Fighting by the Nevada Athletic Commission.

That figure more than doubles the previous record for a UFC purse, which was held by Conor McGregor for his $1,000,000 payday against Nate Diaz at UFC 196.

Aside from Lesnar, 13 additional fighters hit the six-figure mark in earnings on the stacked UFC 200 card. Those fighters are: Mark Hunt ($700,000), Anderson Silva ($600,000), Miesha Tate ($500,000), Daniel Cormier ($500,000), Jose Aldo ($500,000), Cain Velasquez ($300,000), Frankie Edgar ($190,000), Travis Browne ($120,000), Jim Miller ($118,000), Gegard Mousasi ($110,000), Joe Lauzon ($108,000), Amanda Nunes ($100,000), and Sage Northcutt ($100,000)

UFC 200 took place July 9 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV. Nunes defeated Tate to seize the UFC women's bantamweight title in the night's main event, which aired live on pay-per-view.

In addition to their commission-reported salaries, Nunes, Velasquez, Lauzon, and Mousasi all took home $50,000 fight night bonuses for their performances.

A complete list of the UFC 200 salaries can be seen below. As always, these figures do not represent a fighter's total earnings, as certain sponsorship incomes, pay-per-view bonuses, or discretionary post-fight bonuses are not publicly disclosed.
