This is a truly memorable #throwbackthursday for me, it was my first amateur mma fight 10 years ago and I got my nose smashed clean in, had no idea what a thai clinch was nor how to defend against it. Needless to say, I learned something very important that day and in retrospect very imprtant to who I am today. I learned to take the good with the bad. I learned how to fall down, I also learned how to get back up. I learned that I'm a lot tougher than I ever knew, and I learned that adversity will always be a part of life.
