Jessica Eye vs. Bethe Correia added to UFC 203

Esther Lin, MMA Fighting

A woman's bantamweight bout between Bethe Correia and Jessica Eye has been added to UFC 203 in Cleveland. The news was announced by Eye through her Twitter account.

Eye (11-5-1 NC) is looking to snap a three-fight losing streak in her hometown of Cleveland. That three-fight skid includes decision losses to top bantamweights such as Miesha Tate, Julianna Pena and Sara McMann. Her last win was back at UFC 180 where she defeated Leslie Smith via technical knockout.

Being on a two-fight losing streak, Correia (9-2) is also looking to get back in the wining column. The 33-year-old Brazilian fighter last fought at UFC on Fox 19 back in April, losing a split decision to Raquel Pennington. Prior to that, Correia failed to defeat Ronda Rousey in a championship bout back last August.

UFC 203 takes place on Sept. 10 at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Stipe Miocic is scheduled to defend his heavyweight title against Alistair Overeem in the main event of the card.
