The UFC will return to Brazil on Sept. 24, and the promotion is already working on the card.
The yet-to-be-named UFC event will feature a lightweight clash between Paul Felder and Francisco Trinaldo, multiple sources close to the situation told MMA Fighting.
Felder (12-2), who has competed outside of the United States only once in his MMA career, enters the bout coming off back-to-back wins over Daron Cruickshank and Josh Burkman, improving to 4-2 under the UFC banner.
Competing in Brazil for the 11th time in 14 UFC fights and riding one of the longest current winning streaks in the lightweight division, Trinaldo (20-4) looks for his seventh straight victory after getting past the likes of Yancy Medeiros and Ross Pearson.
