Jason Miller's return to the cage didn't go well.
After missing weight on Friday by 24 pounds for his scheduled Venator FC middleweight title fight against Luke Barnatt, "Mayhem" was given a light heavyweight matchup with Mattia Schiavolin at Venator FC 3 in Milan. In the opening round, Miller was able to get a takedown that secured him the round on the judges' scorecards. However, the second round was much different, as Schiavolin defended "Mayhem's" takedown attempts, while landing solid shots of his own. Schiavolin submitted Miller at 3:10 of round two.
