And it should be an interesting one, too. With reports surfacing from ESPN that the UFC is in advanced talks to sell the organization, speculation has run rampant. No one really knows what any of it means yet, although two of the groups are Chinese and heavily investing in various sports properties. The L.A. Times and Las Vegas Review-Journal both spoke to UFC President Dana White, who denied the ESPN report, but other MMA journalists have also reported the UFC is, in fact, in late stage talks to share. We'll try to discuss what we know.
Onto the business of fights, it's a busy weekend in the sport. UFC 198 - albeit without Anderson Silva - kicks off this weekend as does a very snake bitten card in Bellator 154. We'll preview both.
