World Series of Fighting 32 is now a double-title affair after a bantamweight title matchup was named the main event.
WSOF announced bantamweight champion Marlon Moraes will make his next title defense against a familiar foe on July 30 in Everett, Wash., when he rematches Josh Hill.
Hill (14-1), of Hamilton, Ontario, suffered his only career defeat at the hands of Moraes, going the distance before losing a unanimous decision at WSOF 18. Since then, he's won four consecutive fights.
Moraes (16-4-1) has won 11 consecutive fights, the last nine in WSOF in a company stint that stretches back to the inaugural event in 2012. Moraes has finishes in three of his past four title defenses.
"The magnitude of this event has increased dramatically with the addition of a second world title fight and rematch between Marlon Moraes, who has been unstoppable, in the cage, and one of the most formidable and talented contenders in the world in Josh Hill" said World Series of Fighting President Ray Sefo.
Moraes-Hill joins a featherweight title rematch between Alexandre "Capitao" Almeida (18-5) and Lance Palmer (10-2). Almeida decisioned Palmer to take the title at WSOF 26.
