An undisclosed injury has forced veteran Julia Budd out of her Bellator 155 bout against Marloes Coenen, which was going to crown the inaugural Bellator women's featherweight champion.

Replacing her at the event in Boise, Idaho, is Alexis Dufresne, in what will be a three-round, non-title matchup.

The pioneering Coenen, a former Strikeforce bantamweight champion, takes a 23-6 record into the fight. She has won four of her past five matchups, including both of her Bellator bouts.

The 25-year-old Dufresne (5-2), a Team Quest fighter nickname "The Sneaky Zebra," fights for the first time since her UFC 182 loss to Marion Renaeau. All five of her career wins have been first-round finishes.

Bellator 155 is headlined by Rafael Carvalho's middleweight title defense against veteran Melvin Manhoef.
