Alex Oliveira vs. James Moontasri, Luis Henrique vs. Dmitry Smolyakov set for UFC on FOX 20

Two bouts are set for UFC’s return to Chicago on July 23.

Alex Oliveira will stay at the welterweight division and meet James Moontasri, while heavyweight Luiz Henrique looks for his first UFC win against undefeated Dmitry Smolyakov, the UFC announced on Monday.

UFC on FOX 20 takes place at Chicago’s United Center.

Oliveira (14-4-1, 1 NC) recently headlined his first UFC event against Donald Cerrone after winning three straight in the Octagon, but lost via first-round submission. Moontasri (9-3), who holds a 2-2 UFC record, enters the bout coming off a TKO win over Anton Zafir.

Henrique (8-2, 1 NC) came up short in his Octagon debut in December, losing to Francis Zavier Ngannou via second-round TKO, and welcomes Smolyakov (8-0) to the UFC in Chicago. The Russian heavyweight holds a perfect 8-0 record with eight finishes.

The fight card will also feature Ryan LaFlare vs. Alexander Yakovlev and Hector Urbina vs. George Sullivan in the welterweight division.
