Round 1: Here we go, y'all. UFC 197's pay-per-view is underway. Firecracker of a first fight to get us going. Big Dan Miragliotta is the third man in the cage. They touch 'em up and we're rolling. Heavy leg kick early for Rodriguez. Rodriguez kicks to the body. Rodriguez catches a kick, dumps Fili to the mat, then rains down punches before settling inside his guard. Rodriguez is staying super active. The TUF product deftly advances into side control, then loses position and stands. Daaang, Rodriguez tags Fili with a hard leg kick before letting him stand as well. Rodriguez throws out a few jumping and spinning strikes. He's having fun out there. Fili tries to bullrush Rodriguez against the fence but Rodriguez effortlessly defends the takedown. MMA Fighting scores it 10-9 Rodriguez.

Round 2: Fili tags Rodriguez with a quick one-two. Rodriguez answers with a backhanded slap. This dude. Rodriguez flies across the cage and misses a wild jumping strike. Rodriguez changes levels and plants Fili on the canvas. Rodriguez postures up from guard then rains down a few hammerfists. They stand. OH MY GOD. Rodriguez CRUSHES Fili with a flying switch kick to the face! Holy hell, Fili is out cold. That was one of the nastiest knockouts I've ever seen. This kid is unbelievable. Wow.
