Teixeira defeated Bader via technical knockout at 2:55 of round one.
With wins over Patrick Cummins and Ovince Saint Preux, Teixeira is looking to extend his wining streak to three in a row by taking on former UFC light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans in the main event of UFC on Fox 19. This card is set to take place on April 16 at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla.
