Free agency might be a new trend in mixed martial arts, but it's apparently not of interest to Neil Magny.
The streaking welterweight contender has signed a new four-fight contract with the UFC, Magny informed MMAFighting.com on Friday. Magny had one fight left on his old contract before signing a new one.
The 28-year-old Magny is coming off a thrilling TKO win over Hector Lombard in March. That victory marked his third in a row and tenth in his last 11 fights. He's also been one of the most active fighters on the UFC roster, fighting 11 times in a little over two years.
As for what's next, Magny said he's going to take a month off from sparring before asking for another fight.
