The Invicta FC women's bantamweight and strawweight divisions will take shape again next month.

Raquel Pa'aluhi will take on Pannie Kianzad and Jodie Esquibel meets DeAnna Bennett in a pair of important bouts with future title implications at Invicta 21 on Jan. 14 in Kansas City, the promotion announced Thursday.

Also added to the card was another bantamweight bout between top prospect Aspen Ladd and Brazilian jiu-jitsu ace Sijara Eubanks. Heather Hardy, the pro boxer making her MMA debut, will meet fellow debutante Brieta Carpenter, who has an 8-2 amateur record in mixed martial arts.

Pa'aluhi (5-5) last fought in January, a split decision loss to Colleen Schneider in what was a bantamweight title eliminator. The 26-year-old Hawaiian had won three in a row coming into that. Kianzad (8-1) has only lost to current Invicta champ Tonya Evinger in her career. The 25-year-old Sweden native has not fought since that bout in September 2015.

Esquibel (5-2) fell in her last fight to Alexa Grasso by unanimous decision in July. The 30-year-old JacksonWink MMA product was moving up to 115 from 105 in that bout. Bennett (8-2) has fallen in two straight, including a strawweight title fight defeat against Livia Renata Souza in January. Bennett, 32, was undefeated before that challenge.

Invicta 21 is headlined by a featherweight contender bout between Megan Anderson and Charmaine Tweet. It will take place at the Scottish Rite Temple, Invicta's usual home.
