Everything that could go wrong in the lead-up to UFC 206, seemingly did go wrong. But once Saturday night rolled around, it didn't even matter.

The UFC's makeshift pay-per-view ended up being one of the best events of the year. Cub Swanson and Doo Ho Choi put on a late contender for Fight of the Year, Donald Cerrone scored one of the wildest knockouts of his career, and Max Holloway became the first man to finish Anthony Pettis en route to capturing the UFC interim featherweight title.
